For our presentation at the CEOs for Cities Urban Leaders Summit in November 2010, Sean Mann & I made a little slideshow. We called it "Ten Reasons We Wake Up Every Morning in Detroit."
The idea was to create a kind of highlights reel of some of our favorite things happening in the city right now. Not the big investments so much as the small-scale, street-level activity.

At the Summit, Sean & I were joined on-stage by Austin Black & Sandra Yu for some storytelling followed by Q&A from Benji Kennedy.
Thanks to Katy Locker for inviting us, and to Carol Coletta for being one of the first fans of the Detroit Declaration. It might be the only time I'm on a program with the likes of Mayor Richard Daley.
